The only personal information collected by the Dementia Society, Inc. is that which is freely provided by contact through phone calls, mail, donations or our website. Personal information is stored in a secure environment and access only by authorized personnel with a legitimate and specific business purpose. By providing information, you consent to the collection, and understand that it may be used by Society to make further contact.
