You must contact Facebook or PayPal Giving Fund directly. Facebook manages some aspects of Facebook Fundraisers for nonprofits but partnered with PayPal on 10/31/23 to manage the funds.

When donations are made, they reach the intended nonprofit about 30 days AFTER the donation is made. Thankfully, and gratefully, Facebook does not deduct any processing fees from your donation.
