Billey Niblack


Billey P Niblack, 83, of Salmon Creek, WA., passed away peacefully on January 11, 2017, from Vascular Dementia. Born September 6, 1933 in Portland, MO.

Bill graduated from Fulton High School and the University of Missouri (Mizzou), before he began serving in the US Air Force, based in Riverside, Ca., and Grand Forks, ND, for 11 years. After resigning from the military, he moved his family to Illinois to begin a career with United Airlines, retiring in 1998. In 1972, he moved to Woodstock, IL to enjoy farm living when he was not flying around the world. Bill and his wife, Mitzi, moved to Salmon Creek, WA, in 2013. He will be missed by his family and friends, as he was always willing to help in whatever way that was necessary.
